Julia Roberts is a University Innovation Fellow and current Business Administration Major, Sustainability and Environment Minor at Berea College. She intends to become the administrator of a non-profit
organization in order to create a meaningful and sustainable change in society. Roberts, originally from Ohio, has a history of working in the higher education industry, as well as a variety of service agencies, including the Boy Scouts of America and Sustainable Berea. Through her work in the Boy Scouts, she has experience in leadership training and development, program and project management, and communication coordination. As the office manager of Sustainable Berea, she organizes social media, programming, grants, and outreach for the local nonprofit.
