<span style="font-size:large;">There are various offerings in India. Mainly offers for women although many of them are focusing on uneducated women to make their life comfotable by providing a way to make money by doing small bussiness</span>

<span style="font-size:large;">However GHC is the only forum is for getting skilled women on technical skills so,that those can become leader in IT sector</span>

A panel of judges selected</span></div><div><span style="font-size:medium;">three undergraduate students and three graduate students as the winners, all of</span></div><div><span style="font-size:medium;">whom received a cash prize for their incredible work.&nbsp;</span></div><div><br/></div><div><span style="font-size:medium;">Student gain Practical experience to help them better understand strategic and tactical</span></div><div><span style="font-size:medium;">issues facing nonprofit boards</span></div>

<span style="font-size:medium;">The attrition rate was more compared to men technologists after the women who are joined in GHC in&nbsp; 2017 programme their confidence level build up.They were self motivated and they were ready to face any challanges.Thus shows the result and women attrition rate is also reduced</span>

<span style="font-size:large;">Creat the awareness amoung the biddies. Approach the GHCI with the list of buddies who shown their intrest in persuing the oppourtunity.</span>

<span style="font-size:large;">I will take the lead and approach obtain help from my faculty and department.so,that I can be a representative for my campus.As soon as I got the approal I will put all my effort and do the needful to bring the resources from GHCI to my campus</span>
