Purpose
Add text here... Globsyn Skills Development (P) Limited, a ‘not-only-for-profit’, Social Enterprise, in association with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has the aim of grooming 1 million youth in the next 10 years. This organisation was set up to facilitate the development and upgrading of the skills of the growing Indian workforce through skill training programmes to fill skill gaps in the Indian workforce providing them with better placement opportunities. Globsyn has created aspiration among youth for skill development and Initiated training with the assurance of standardization of the quality of training delivered helping them to become industry-ready individuals
In the past two years Globsyn Skills has trained over 60000 trainees in 450+ centres across 20 states. Over 310 faculty have been empaneled with Globsyn to train the students in multiple sectors. Globsyn Skills is working closely with the central government and various state governments to help implement their skill development initiatives.

With an unwavering passion for excellence, rooted on performance, Globsyn has, perhaps for the first time, brought together an eclectical mix of ‘Knowledge’ and ‘Skills’ – to create ’employably skilled’ people through our pioneering Knowledge Finishing School™ System; ‘Technology’ – helping customers leverage from the latest in technology developments and ‘Innoventures’ – creating fresh new business models in Retail, Infrastructure and other new economy areas.
Their vision, “ I had, way back in the mid-nineties, visualised the convergence of Education and Skills into a single training and development framework, which is happening rapidly today“.
