My name is Miranda Gajda and On campus, I am also a nursing student at York College of PennsylvaniaFirst Year Experience Fellow. In this role, I am also act as a member of student mentor to the Graham Innovation Scholars freshman on camuscampus, bridging the gap from high school to college.Through this program we learn how I present mini-lessons to use design thinking the class educating them on topics such as time management, fun activities on campus, and apply it housing registration. I also am in charge of planning events for freshman to our everyday lifeattend to socialize and meet new people while becoming more comfortable with campus. This is how I got involved on the University Innovation Fellow program to further my knowledge am also an Anatomy and ability Physiology laboratory assistant. Here I help students to work with innovation understand concepts and entrepreneurshipteach them study methods for the class.&nbsp;

On campus I am also currently employed at Evangelical Community Hospital as a First Year Experience FellowNursing Assistant. In this role There I am able to interact with patients and care for them while I act as attend nursing school. This is a student mentor great experience to get more interaction with the freshman on campus,brdging the gap from high school to collegefield I will eventually work in. This is a pediatric office where I also am incharge of planning events for freshman have similar duties as a nursing assistant to attent to socializze triage patients and meet new peole while becoming more comfortbale with campustake their vitals. There I am also an Anatomy able to work with pediatric patients and Physiology laboratory assistanttheir families. Here In the future, I help stuendts hope to understand concepts and teach them study methods for work in the classpediatric field of medicine.&nbsp;

In my free time, I am currently employed at Evangelical Community Hospital as a Nursing Assistantvery active person. There I am able to interact with patients an avid runner and care for them while I attend nursing school. This is a great experience to get more interaction with the field I will eventually work swimmer competing in. community races I am also emplyed at Ideal Pediactric enjoy CrossFit and Adolescent Care. This is a pediactric office where I have similar duties as a nursing assistant to triage patients and take thier vitals. There I am able to work with pediactric patients and their familiescompeting in Crossfit competitions. In the future, summer I hope love to work participate in the pediactric feild of medicineTough Mudder races for the wounded warrior project.&nbsp;
