Indiegogo exists to help those who need to raise funds for enteprises, projects or social causes.

Unlike many other resources, Indiegogo is a funding platform, crowd funding. It accepts any fundraiser on its platform not just those directly  geered towards entreprenuership and innovation. Its accessibility and use is as easy as setting up  your fundraising campaign on its platform although your campaign's success will mostly rely on spreading the word.
