Resource:How to stay a UIF even through you transfer out of your school

Daniel is a Communications major, Computer Science minor at the University of Connecticut, and is from Watertown, CT.

Previously an Information Technology major at Western New England University, he was actively involved on campus in many activities, such as a member of the Ultimate Frisbee team, Film club, and the Vice President of the Chemistry club.

As you are active member of Hackerspace can you tell us about Hackerspace :

Hackerspaces are community-operated physical places, where people share their     interest in tinkering with technology, meet and work on their projects, and learn from each other.

hacker spaces function as centers for peer learning and knowledge sharing,in the form of workshops, presentations, and lectures. They usually also offer social activities for their members, such as game nights and parties. Hackerspaces can be viewed as open community labs incorporating elements of machine shops, workshops, and/or studios where hackers can come together to share resources and knowledge to build and make things.

You worked as a driver for UPS how it help you:

The UPS Store in WEST HARTFORD, CT was built to help small businesses by offering various business services at our one-stop shop.It helps him to connect and communicate with different sectors of people.

How to stay a UIF even though you transfer out of your school :

It is better not to transfer. If you transfer you have to take in a positive way because it makes you to connect with people with different ideas and you can share and implement the innovative ideas which will reflect a change in society.As a part of UIF we have to find a solution to the problems  around us and interact with people to generate many ideas to solve it .We have to implement that ideas and try to solve it.

How you think all your work experiencies could help you on developing new innovation programs at your school:

Daniel worked on a golf club. He developed great skills. He had to learn all the member's names. He met a lot of people with huge contact networks. All the skill that he got from his jobs helped on having different point of views, new and different ideas so he could use new methods.

 If you could define UIF program in a few words:

This was a very hard question that we did. It's not easy to answer that but Dan did it, in our opinnion, pretty good.

He define UIF as very usefull program. He told us that everything that he learned he could really use it at his life. For us, that's very important. He also told us that everything that he lived at the program really worth it.

All the aluminis of uif batch are contuning or not in the UIF:

He answered that all of them are currently in touch with each other and currenly forming banches with the

regional condidates and conducting various society helping actives.Provding knowledge to the school

students about the crative thinking .They also implementing various things that they had learnt in the UIF

trining.

What are advantages ee are possesing in joining with UIF :

He answered that we are getting a lot of apporunities regarding jobs.He told us that every thing that he

had learnt from that are reallyworth of it.It will be helpfl to make a change in our institutions to a great

extent.
