Jessica is a second-year student at Menlo College, where she is majoring in marketing. She is a a part of the first Leadership Circle, representing MenloCollege, to be named as a University Innovation Fellow. Inspired by her great-grandfather who was an inventor by trade, Jessica looks forward to implementing change to her college through the various aspects of design thinking.
After having seen many of her own friends suffer from eating disorders and depression, Jessica aspires to redefine society's standards of beauty, starting in the world of marketing. She has already committed time to fundraising and supporting body positivity through a San Francisco based non-profit called the Movemeant Foundation, which helps young girls overcome body image insecurities.
In addition to her passion as a body positive advocate, she is also interested in fashion, photography, and digital media.
