In an Indian society we have to cope up with innumerable hardships and social issues. The idea to launch a social entrepreneurship in the rigid Indian culture is not as easy as it may seem. With a society that is filled up with some great minds and greater people to name a few Ratan Tata , Dirubhai Ambani and many more , it becomes all the more important to live up to the standards .
So the key elements are:

Prioritize  : The Indian society expects one to be a multitasker ,so we have to prioritize the stuffs we do. Just working on all the areas would do no good, instead we have to give up some fun and work for the betterment of the society and the look into solving the cause.

Peer Group : A socially active idea needs active participants. Its very important to have those people besides you who can co relate with your idea and stand with you shoulder to shoulder . These people are your backbone and you will see through success only if you have people uniting with you in your cause. So choose those who have the skills required for convincing the Indian mind set and those who can relate your idea and see it as a dream.

Balancing : It is known that a biker falls if he does not balances his ride , similarly a project needs a perfect balance. As for a student to be a change agent he/she has to maintain a balance with time , studies , research for social cause and perfect blend of resources.
