Chelsea Carter is currently a sophomore at Kettering University in Flint, MI and an University Innovation Fellows candidate (Spring 2016 cohort), majoring in Computer Engineering with a minor in System and Data Security. At Kettering University, Chelsea is President of Kettering Entrepreneur Society, Public Relations Director of WKUF LP Flint 94.3 FM (Kettering's own Radio station) and has her own show entitled, "Chelsea's Live Line", DECA treasurer, NSBE telecommunications chair, Society of Women Engineers member, and NACME associate.
