Finding a Need and Goal
In order to create a successful, inclusive movement, one must first have a need on their campus that is not being fulfilled by adiministration as well as a clear, well defined goal. To identify a need on campus, it is important to speak to a range of faculty, staff, and students to ensure that a majority of people's opinions align to one specific need.
