Arian is aUniversity Innovation Fellowof spring 2016. After graduating from high school, Arian decided to studyCreative Technology at the University of Twente. The mix of creative, social and technical aspects in Creative Technology appealed to him. Arian found out that in addition to interaction design, he is also very interested in management and communication. An extra factor was to add more languages to the once he already learned, German and Farsi. By moving to the Netherlands and starting an English study Arian added Dutch and English to his language pool.  <u1:p></u1:p><o:p></o:p>

From the moment, he was introduced to theDesignLab of the University of Twente,Arian felt like he was entering a whole new level of creativity. As aDream Teammember, he overcame his challenges as a social, ambitious entrepreneur. Arian has learned that individuals are not meant to work alone - the most successful are those who embrace a united workforce and know how to present their visions to the world. His interest in the challenges awaiting him after being a student took more and more all of his attention. This was due to Arian`s regular contact with entrepreneurs. <o:p></o:p>

Therefore, during his studies, he founded together with 4 other friends his own start-up; 3D communication studiotinygiants.nl, where he and his team yearn to create meaningful impact on how society visually communicates and educates and use this passion by creating animations, concept visualization, storytelling and brand empowerment. Arian strives to communicate on a personal level, which enables him to convey core values to the right audience. <u1:p></u1:p><o:p></o:p>

After he joined the start-up community ofthe cee spotin Enschede, he enhanced his networking and communication skills between students, start-ups and advanced entrepreneurs. Every single environment that Arian is surrounded with consist out of multidisciplinary and multicultural interactions. For him it is important to have a broad view of things in order to better understand and succeed with a broad variety of friends/teammates.<u1:p></u1:p><o:p></o:p>
