Michael Frazzetta is a Spring 2015 University Innovation Fellow Applicant. Double Majoring in Psychology and Business Management, Michael attends [[File:Michael Frazzetta.JPG|thumb|Michael Frazzetta.JPG]]Rockhurst University, Kansas City, Missouri. Creativity and Innovation are Michael’s biggest passions. Michael hopes to reform education, implementing creativity in the way teachers convey their subjects. Michael hopes to show students that innovation is necessary in today’s competitive work force.
Michael has shown many attributes of leadership since his start at Rockhurst. Michael led his team to victory at the OneDayKC startup competition. Michael continued to work on his startup throughout the summer and still does today. Michael was the Pledge Class President, and eventually the Sergeant at Arms, of the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity. Michael help start two organizations on campus: Innovate at the Rock and Future Business Leaders of America.
