I was on the founding board of students for our first conference in 2014, and was elected executive director for the 2015 conference. I coordinate with a team of 7 board members and approximately 25 general members to plan and execute the conferences and events throughout the school year to promote innovative ideas.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;</span>
