<br/>= Biography = <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Michael McCleskey</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">is a business man</span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">agement major, and entrepreneurship minor at George Fox Un</span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">iversity in Newberg, Oregon.<br/><br/>As a senior college student, Michael has been involved in small non-profit start ups, independent [[File:Business pic.jpg|thumb|Business pic.jpg]]engineering projects, and leading teams. Michael has a broad range of experiences ranging from building, machining and design, leading and managing people, marketing, and project management. As a management student, he continues to be actively engaged in project based leadership, and assignments meant to simulate real-world business scenarios and create lasting value. He is passionate about what he does, and committed to quality. He is known by his family, co-workers, and friends, as a Christian, and a compassionate leader who shows, passion, creativity, and concern for people.&nbsp;</span>
