Hosting an experiential event
CONCEPTUAL PLANNING
Introdruction should consist of a small paragraph containing:
- Event
- Host
- Topic
- Numbers anticipated
Need and goal should be clearly established for yourself and others helping with the event.
- Assess the need: develop a plan to delve into the intricacies of the desired goal
- Filling that need:
Audience
the primary audience for the event
Facilitator
how you determined who should run the event
