'''Hubertus Ade Resha Raditya Boli , A.Md.Kb.N., S.Ak., S.S., CGAA.''' is a diploma graduate from Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN (PKN STAN) who works as a government officer in at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesiaand a graduate of the Diploma I and Diploma III programs at Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN. He was born on August 2nd, 1996, holds bachelor's degrees in Timika, Papua, Indonesia, Accounting and English Literature and presently lives in Jakarta. While working as a civil servant, he is also currently pursuing his a third bachelor's degree in Management. He is also an LPDP Double Degree Scholarship recipient, pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at Universitas Pelita Harapan Gadjah Mada (UGM) and English Literature a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance at Universitas Terbukathe University of Glasgow (UoG), United Kingdom. As a Dean's List honoree, Hubertus has demonstrated strong academic achievement, leadership, and a passion for continuous learning. His academic and professional interests include public sector accounting, governance, financial reporting, and public financial management, with a particular focus on strengthening accountability and transparency in the public sector. 

He was born and raised Alongside his public service career, Hubertus is actively engaged in research in a circumstance where people still have no access to educationaccounting, which makes him passionate about the issue. He is the head of the finance division at Bangun Pendidikan Indonesia, a non-profit organization that aims to encourage Indonesian youth to pay more attention to educational issues and actively participate in positive activities that can improve the quality of educationgovernance. He is also a volunteer has authored numerous publications in nationally and internationally indexed journals and has participated in various projects academic and professional initiatives involving organizations such as youth development projectsthe Islamic Development Bank, social projectsIndonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP), and currentlyBEM CUP PKN STAN. These experiences have broadened his perspectives while strengthening his analytical, leadership, he is involved in a mental health campaign called Pertemanan Sejiwa. He believes that the aim of being a human is not only to stand for himself but also to stand for those who can’t stand on their ownand communication skills.

Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Hubertus is an enthusiastic young man who has curiosity bigger than himself. He loves dedicated to learn as he believes that “Life is a learning process”. He’s a dreamer education, youth empowerment, and a high achievercommunity development. He believes that nothing is impossible as long as you do what it takes Growing up in Timika, Papua, where access to make it happenquality education was limited, inspired his aspiration to expand educational opportunities for underserved communities. He actively volunteers with Yayasan Bina Berdaya Bangsa and he has proven it. Hubertus enjoys taking up space Jakarta Mengabdi, supporting initiatives in leadershipeducation, sharing ideas with othershealthcare, interactingeconomic empowerment, and building relations with people from different backgroundscommunity development. He also serves as Head of the Finance Division at Bangun Pendidikan Indonesia, a non-profit organization that promotes youth participation in improving educational quality across Indonesia. In addition, he has joined many committees in his colleges contributed to various youth development programs and mental health awareness initiatives. He believes that meaningful and office, such as Islamic Development Bank (IsDB)sustainable impact begins with using knowledge, Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) Edufairskills, and BEMCup PKN STANopportunities to empower communities whose voices are often underrepresented.
