As a student at the University of Richmond, Will pursued and completed a Bachelor's degree in Leadership Studies, with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS). He was also one course shy of completing the requirements for a minor in English. As a student leader at the University of Richmond, Will was passionate and vocal about institutional innovation aimed at column 354: attributes construct error <transforming the university experience for students with underrepresented identities. Evidence of his leadership during this time can be found in the editorials he published in the university's student-run newspaper, as well as in his multiple leadership positions.
