<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: larger;">Reeth is As a University Innovation Fellow , Reeth worked with the Institute Innovation Council to encourage creativity, innovation, and collaboration on campus. She led “Mindkraft,” an undergraduate student studying Information Science Engineering at KLS Gogte Institute of Technologyevent focused on financial self-awareness, Belgaum. Her schooling took place in Maharashtra as well as Karnataka which made her realise even though there can be followed by a change two-day business conference in partnership with Zerodha Broking Limited, introducing students to the education system across different statesstock market, the approach remains the same. ErgoIndian economy, she strives to be a catalyst to bring about change in the way of approach towards educationand start-up culture.&nbsp;</span>

For the year 2017-18, she served as the International Service Director where her primary focus challenge and was on selected to conduct design thinking workshops at the International events, to plan out activities and projects that promote these events among people via RotaractNational Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at NIT Rourkela. She is presently serving as During the Professional Service Director and her focus is to arrange programs designed to provide information about pandemic, she co-led a wide cross-section of businesses mental health campaign titled “I Survive, I Serve Life” under UIF vs Corona, collaborating with NGOs in India and entrepreneurs. She is also a part of her school’s Institute Innovation Council where she organises events Lebanon to create raise awareness about Innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking to all the young minds on campus. She loves organising events as she enjoys communicating with people de-stigmatise mental health through survivor stories and getting to know themeducational initiatives.</span></span>
