<span style="font-size: larger; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Reeth is a University Innovation Fellow and an undergraduate student studying Information Science Engineering at graduate from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum, and holds a Master’s in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. Her schooling took place in Maharashtra as well as Karnataka which made her realise even though there can be a change She is passionate about using innovation and empathy to create positive change—especially in the realms of education system across different states, the approach remains the samewellbeing, and human connection. ErgoCurrently, she strives to be a catalyst to bring about change works at YuLife in London, where her values of purpose, growth, and people-first impact are at the way core of approach towards educationwhat she does.&nbsp;</span>

For the year 2017-18University Innovation Fellow, she served as Reeth worked with the International Service Director where her primary focus was on the International events, to plan out activities and projects that promote these events among people via Rotaract. She is presently serving as the Professional Service Director and her focus is to arrange programs designed to provide information about a wide cross-section of businesses and entrepreneurs. She is also a part of her school’s Institute Innovation Council where she organises events to create awareness about Innovationencourage creativity, innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking to all the young minds collaboration on campus. She loves organising events as she enjoys communicating led “Mindkraft,” an event focused on financial self-awareness, followed by a two-day business conference in partnership with people Zerodha Broking Limited, introducing students to the stock market, Indian economy, and getting to know themstart-up culture.</span></span>

<span style="font-family:arialShe participated in the d.challenge and was selected to conduct design thinking workshops at the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at NIT Rourkela. She enjoys reading fictionled a mental health campaign titled “I Survive, magical realismI Serve Life” under UIF vs Corona, crime collaborating with NGOs in India and Lebanon to raise awareness and thriller. Murakami is her favourite author.&nbsp;She has always been creative de-stigmatise mental health through survivor stories and very articulate about her thoughtseducational initiatives. She considers formulating her thoughts as one of her strongest points which is why maintains a blog where she writes about human emotions since they speak volumes to her.
