Her schooling took place , and holds a Master’s in KolhapurManagement of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from Warwick Business School, Maharashtra as well as Belgaum, Karnataka which made her realise even though there can be a change University of Warwick. She is passionate about using innovation and empathy to create positive change—especially in the realms of education system across different states, the approach remains the samewellbeing, and human connection. ErgoCurrently, she strives to be a catalyst to bring about change works at YuLife in London, where her values of purpose, growth, and people-first impact are at the way core of approach towards educationwhat she does.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"> </p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arial  As a University Innovation Fellow, Reeth worked with the Institute Innovation Council to encourage creativity,helveticainnovation,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:larger;">She has an affinity for Data Science and Machine learningcollaboration on campus. She is currently working led “Mindkraft,” an event focused on developing financial self-awareness, followed by a software that can predict whether a foundry casting will be defective or nottwo-day business conference in partnership with Zerodha Broking Limited, introducing students to the stock market, Indian economy, and start-up culture.  She has also developed participated in the d.challenge and was selected to conduct design thinking workshops at the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at NIT Rourkela. During the pandemic, she co-led a data visualisation interface for a Foundry that aids mental health campaign titled “I Survive, I Serve Life” under UIF vs Corona, collaborating with NGOs in business process optimisation India and allows users Lebanon to make quicker decisions to maximise profitabilityraise awareness and de-stigmatise mental health through survivor stories and educational initiatives.  She is a part of also played an active role in the Rotaract Club Belgaum Central. For the year 2017-18, she served serving as the International Service Director where her primary focus was on the International events(2017–18), to plan out activities and projects that promote these events among people via Rotaract. She served as the Professional Service Director for the 2019-20 tenure (2019–20), and Club Secretary (2020–21). Her work focused on building community and promoting professional development, earning her focus was to arrange programs designed to provide information about a wide cross-section of businesses and entrepreneurs. She received the 'Best Professional Service Project' award for 2019–20 in the RI year 2019-2020 from Belgaum zone. She is currently the Secretary of the club for the year 2020-21. She is also  Creative expression has always been a part of the Institute Innovation Council where she organises events to create awareness about Innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking to all the young minds on campus. She loves organising events as she enjoys communicating with people and getting to know them.</span></span> </p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:larger;">She is an ardent reader. She enjoys reading fiction, magical realism, crime and thriller. Arctic Monkeys is hands down her favourite bandidentity.&nbsp;She has always been creative and very articulate about her thoughts. She considers formulating her thoughts as one of her strongest points which is why she maintains a blog where she writes about human emotions since they speak volumes to her. She is a proud Published Co-Author of the Anthology called INARA. She goes by under the pen name 'Reeth Rajas', Rajas being a tribute to her late father, and is a published co-author in the anthology ''INARA''s name.
