'''Ryan Ohneiser ''' is a 4th year Psychology student major at James Madison University. When he isn't in class, walking his dog or reading a book he can be found working part-time as a Student Venture Consultant for the JMU Center for Entrepreneurship, as a Student Venture Consultant where he offers information about business development [[File:Rohneiser.jpg|thumb|Rohneiser.jpg]]resources on campus as well as providing business consulting provides consultation in partnership with university professors to students and faculty with viable business ideas. Ryan was pursuing a His firsthand experience in the start-up world began when he pursued a venture of his own when he enrolled in after taking the JMU College of Business course called ''Management 472: Venture Creation where he learned all about entrepreneurship'', which introduced him to the start-up world fundamentals of entrepreneurship and gained offered invaluable experience mentorship from real serial seasoned entrepreneurs. Last year Ryan was lucky enough to be a Research Assistant for Richard West while he was developing a new intelligence test and he anticipates pursuing research of his own in the next year.
