We create a communication club called C³ in which student can involve in volunteer the message as a participant or be a make a change because the club the main mode of the club is to boost the communication skills and creativity of a student and apart from that to raise the confidence of a student in the communication and creativity and for communication we plan for practices by practice so plan this things for the students.
We conducted a survey between the be conducted survey among the first second and the third year students in which we got 320 responses and among those responses we got 60% the students of face communication problem so we came with an idea about the communication club where students can boost their communication skills help them from themselves and keep the cell motivated like they can motivate themselves or have them to grow and then they can be confident in the life.
Because we are focusing on 3 keys:

We plan some workshop and activity through which the students canon from the communication skills the activities like: Public Speaking Workshops, Debate and Discussion, Speech Critiques, Role-Playing, Toastmasters-style Meetings, Storytelling Sessions, Language Learning, Networking Events, Communication Games, Guest Speakers, Workshops on Nonverbal Communication, Mock Interviews, Video Analysis, Impromptu Speaking, Writing and Editing Workshops, Leadership Development, Cultural Exchange, Podcast Creation , Community Service, etc. We want them to involve in those activities thus because they are interesting and fun to do, and they will learn this thing without knowing it so, we create some activities in which they learn with fun.
Apart from these we also plan for some activities to increase their self-confidence by setting small goals and tell them to achieve them, learn & develop new skills, leadership, public speaking, by make them facing their fear, challenge negative self-talk, because by challenging yourself we can boost our confidence.
