Zişan is a University Innovation Fellow Candidate , Visiting Researcher at Yale Macmillan Center, and a junior Chemical Engineering master student aiming at Boğaziçi University Environmental Sciences Institute Socio-Ecological Sustainability Program.  Throughout her education, Zisan has consistently shown a dedication to improve herself exploring various facets of environmental sciences, and lately she is focusing more on environmental sustainabilitycarbon management. She was born in Çorum which is a small northern Anatolian city currently working on her research on "Challenges and Considerations in Turkey. She's lived there until the end Adoption of her high school education Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage Technologies in Developing Countries" Zisan's professional journey has moved to Istanbul for encompassed diverse roles that have further enhanced her university education when she was 18skills and expertise. She got involved in various projects related to different social Her last experiences are as a ESG Product Specialist at Bluearf and environmental issuesJr. Sustainability Consultant at a early-stage startup, both B2B SaaS GHG Accounting Platforms. Those projects raised her awareness about what’s going on in Her responsibilities included greenhouse gas accounting, product management, and supporting the world pilot testing phase for GHG Protocol Land Sector and how Removals Guidance. Before that, she, worked as a chemical engineer, can play Purpose Project Intern and Consumer Direct Marketing Intern at Nike. She played a role in solving those issuesdriving Nike Istanbul's purpose strategy, coordinating sustainability and community impact projects, and managing diverse marketing initiatives at Hope Alkazar.
