Volunteering plays a significant role in Josué's life. He has devoted time to teaching programming and computing to people of all ages, from schoolchildren to university students. For instance, through the RUN program, he helped young learners build confidence in their coding skills. Beyond this, Josué is actively involved in several workshops and speaking initiatives with ACM (Association for Computing Machinery). He leverages his experience to share knowledge beyond the classroom, empowering others through technology. At ACM, where he has led workshops on Vim, Neovim and plans to conduct more on Linux, further extending his impact. Currently, Josué is an assistant teacher for the Database II course, where he assists in developing assignments, calculating grades, and offering office hours to help students with their questions and challenges.  Academically, Josué is engaged in research aimed at enhancing a software tool designed to help students learn about Operating Systems and Compilers. He is also working on another project focused on merging multiple GPUs into a single unit to boost computational performance. In addition to his research, Josué actively keeps up with the latest developments in artificial intelligence and is continuously expanding his knowledge in software engineering, with a particular focus on developing web and mobile applications. This ongoing learning allows him to stay at the forefront of technology and apply his skills to real-world projects.  Looking ahead, Josué is determined to continue expanding his knowledge and helping others, with the goal of contributing positively to academic endeavors. He is committed to publishing research papers that can make a meaningful impact and aims to work towards implementing changes that resonate both locally and globally.
