ULBS D-School is soon to offer a [https://www.ulbsibiu.ro/news/cursuri-gratuite-de-design-thinking-pentru-cadrele-didactice-si-studentii-ulbs/ Design Thinking Course for Students and Staff] as well: the course will start in November 2022 and will be focused on co-creating a solution to optimize communication between students and teachers.
In addition, there is the ULBS D-School [https://www.ulbsibiu.ro/news/colaborare-intre-studenti-si-elevi-la-design-thinking-camp/ Design Thinking Camp] organized to teach the Design Thinking mindset and values through practical application. The students are given a challenge and only have 5 days to solve it using the Design Thinking process and principles.
For aspiring scientists or researchers, ULBS has collaborated with [https://www.gamesofscience.org/ Games of Science] to host public speaking training workshops, along with a final competition. This initiative is meant to help young scientists learn different ways of explaining their findings while maintaining an appeal to the masses.
As an entrepreneurial "way to turn your hobby into a proffession", [https://tie.ro/ TIE] is hosting 6 different contests for ULBS students, covering several bases, including Proffessional Electronics Packaging, Structural Analysis and Thermal Management and other manifestations of Computer Aided Design (CAD).
