==Bio==
Hello! My name is Spencer Thorne, from Philadelphia, but studying at Ithaca College. As a junior majoring in Cinema/Photography with a minor in Entrepreneurial Innovation, I blend experimental creativity with business acumen to drive innovation. Currently, I am the media creator for a Wellness Clinic in Georgia, where I bring a fresh, avant-garde touch to their brand through cutting-edge videos and advertisements. Previously, I interned with the ARRE Foundation as their branding curator, and I've been a swim instructor for two teams in my hometown for the past five years.
I’m passionate about graphic design, video editing, and music production, fashion, and exhibitions. I also have a special knack for connecting with children and believe firmly in the fostering and preservation of creativity from an early age. In 2021, I trademarked my personal media brand, PIPLOE ENTERTAINMENT, where I share my short films and music; my latest short film has been accepted into two student festivals! I’m driven to elevate PIPLOE into a global platform for experimental and stylized art.
In my free time, you’ll find me crafting experimental beats, designing graphics, or delving into immersive worlds through film and music. Fun fact: I once created an experimental rap album from my dog's perspective and am also a newly practicing Wiccan.
In everything thing I do, I am unapologetically myself. From my clothing to my unique way of speaking, I am despise the notion of conforming to any "ideal" way of being. I believe that in order to make change, you have to be willing to stand out. Excited to connect and explore innovative ideas together!
==Achievements==
My latest short film as presented on PIPLOE was accepted into two student film festivals. In addition to my creative pursuits, I co-founded a sensory toys business, "MOON RABBIT," which recently earned us a $4,000 award for our pitch.
