Molly Grace is a student athlete on the Womens Volleyball team at OIT majoring in business Marketing. During her freshman season she helped lead her team to their first national tournament appearance in school history. She also helped create a marketing strategy for the team to get a record-breaking number of 1,151 fans in the stands at a home match. Outside of being a full-time student athlete she works as an assistant marketing executive for Ultima Tax Relief. Although she is only entering her sophomore year, she has big plans. Molly aspires to help put OIT on the map. Oregon tech has so much to offer its local communities but wants to extend its reach beyond the basin.

Molly is the co-founder of FairPlay Challenge, an innovation education company that designs educational escape room kits. Innovate!] planning committee helping students in Klamath County get to experience a day filled with innovation education.
