Radhika is an enthusiastic and curious person individual who is currently enrolled in works as an innovation consultant for a biotech company. She completed her education with the masters master's program in Interaction Technology at the University of Twente. Born in the UK, grown up raised in Switzerland , and now pursuing a higher education in the Netherlands , she has been in touch with many exposed to diverse cultures and appreciates greatly values team diversity in teams.

She's extremely passionate Passionate about accessible, good high-quality education, especially in developing countries and wants , Radhika recently traveled to Kenya to try her hand at sustainability projects and awareness toohelp build school infrastructure in the Kibera slums using low-cost materials, while also advocating for gender equality.

Radhika's commitment to education and social issues extends to her university life. For her minorthe University Innovation Fellows (UIF), she went to RMIT in Australia created and studied Spanishled a three-week workshop on design thinking for sustainability on campus. Additionally, Graphic Design, Electronic Circuits she co-created a workshop addressing sexual harassment and Biomaterials & Tissue Engineering. Radhika likes diversifying her skillset where ever she gets the chanceassault for over 40 associations on campus.
