Hello! My name is Bailey Estep and I am a Junior studying Healthcare Administration with a double minor in Leadership and Human Resource at UNF (University of North Florida) in Jacksonville Florida. I am originally from Tampa FL and my favorite hobbies are to read, volunteer with the Red Cross, relax with my friends , and spend time with family. I am very involved at my university through the Honors college being a facilitator and Student Government as Director of the food pantry on campus. Qualities I think I have as a student are dedication, organization, honesty, integrity, and bringing people together.

My achievements are being hired as the Director First Generation Student  University of North Florida - Student Facilitator for Honors Freshman our pantry on campus, and  University of North Florida - Awarded Bank of America Scholarship winner. (2022-2024)  University of North Florida - Hick's Honors College Fellow Award (2023-2024)  University of North Florida - Dean's List
