=='''Strategy #1- Proyecto Impulsar (Fostering Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Diverse Academic Fields)'''==
Our team is focused on driving change at our university. We have identified a critical challenge: the lack of effective communication between students and the institution, as well as the need to foster entrepreneurship and innovation in fields historically less exposed to these concepts.
This specific project aims to address the latter issue by promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in fields with limited exposure to these concepts, such as Psychology, Law, Social Work, Political Science, and Visual Arts. We aim to reach as many students as possible, informing them that they have the opportunity and support to pursue entrepreneurship through the University, which considers innovation and entrepreneurship as mandatory competencies.'''Our Challenge'''

However, given effective communication between students and the flexibility of institution and the curriculum need to foster entrepreneurship and the variety of elective courses, we adapted our approach. The challenge lies innovation in infusing innovation and entrepreneurial spirit as essential competencies within existing mandatory courses, ensuring academic fields that all students have access historically been less exposed to these fundamental skillsconcepts.
Proposal: Our proposal involves close collaboration with the Office of Program Design and Curriculum Development, the Ithaka Center, and the Ludus Center (an instructional innovation center). Together, we aim to design a program that identifies influential faculty members with a personal passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. These faculty members will become catalysts for creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, integrating these aspects into existing courses, particularly in fields with historically less exposure to innovation.
Furthermore, we recognize an upcoming change in the university program scheduled for 2025, and we believe that our project can significantly contribute to this transformation.'''Our Problem'''
