This whole new spirit lead to the creation of Initium. This center has created different courses and workshops stimulating students and professors to develop new skills and attitudes with an innovation and entrepreneurship mindset. It is also a place for connection between students, alumni entrepreneurs, accelerators and other extracurricular entities.There are also other courses that stimulate innovation in their areas, such as Engineering Labs or Investment Projects for example.</span></span></span></span>
='''<span style="font-size: x-large;">STRATEGIES TO CREATE A PLATAFORM WHERE STUDENTS CAN ASSIST ONE ANOTHER(2023)</span>'''=
==='''Strategy One: Very Basic Functions'''===
In the first steps of the platform we decided to introduce some very basic functions with the objective of validate the idea. This primary functions allow students, in one hand to upload their own notes and documentation and read other students material and in the other hand they can get in touch with other students so that they can support you, help you and answer any questions you may have related to the degree or any specific subject.

'''Step #1:''' Define the platform where we are going to create the "University Community".

'''Step #2:''' Validate if the idea and the first functions are correct among the students.

===Strategy Two: Add New Features===
In order to increase the popularity of our project, it is important to incorporate attractive features for the audience. For example, users should have the ability to volunteer to help younger individuals or those in need of support by uploading their contacts to the platform so that others can reach out to them. Another example is to create a space where users can propose a project (or a problem, idea, or need that requires a solution) and search for interested individuals to form a team and collaborate on it.

'''Step #1''': Integrate the features systematically into our framework.

'''Step #2:''' Promote these features to the relevant audience.

Example 1: Students in need of assistance and students willing to offer help.

Example 2: Those interested in innovation and entrepreneurship.

'''Step #3:''' Monitor progress and assess how it evolves.

===Strategy Three: Scale it to a scheme that supports the entire engineering faculty, 2 weeks, Engineering  students.===
It is important to be able to test our project by building a prototype that maintains the essence of the idea to capture the first impressions of the students, who would be the future users of the site. For our team, it is a priority to ensure that the site meets student expectations and contributes to a more orderly university life so that students can enjoy the experience to the fullest.

'''Step #1''': Use the knowledge within the University to identify interested groups of students and send them the proposal of our project.

'''Step #2:''' Create the scheme in a very intuitive way.

Example: Students can find notes on the subject they want and in a simple way on the site.

'''Step #3:''' Show the progress to students to see their opinions.
<br />
===Strategy Four: Comprehensive and complete data base (for the entire university), 2 months===
As we gather feedback from the "smaller version", we will prepare to launch the platform to the whole University. We see it escaleting exponentially as students get used to it.

'''Step #1:''' Create the scheme in a very intuitive way so that everything can be accessed easily despite there being a lot of information and courses

'''Step #2:''' Find volunteers to moderate the platform

'''Step #3:''' Constinously gather feedback to practice "kaizen" (continuous improving)
