Bio
Kim V Scott, PhD, PMP is an Assistant Professor of Management & Entrepreneurship at Elizabeth City State University (ECSU). Areas of teaching include project management, entrepreneurship and leadership & teamwork. Prior to joining ECSU, Dr. Scott spent 20 years working for various government and corporate agencies as an engineer & project manager. Additionally, she is the Executive Director of MAP Community Development Corporation.
