Erik anderson is a Schulze Innovation Scholar at The University of St. Thomas with an intended double major Anderson was born and raise in Entrepreneurship and Management. He recognizes and pursues opportunities with an innovative mindsetFargo, North Dakota. As a 5th gradernatural entrepreneur, he started his first business, Erik’s Cutting Edge Lawn & Snow Carein 5th grade. The business grew into This experience helped Erik win the Schulze Innovation scholarship, a business that served 20+ clients and has been in operation for 6+ yearsfour year, it was also certified full tuition scholarship sponsored by Dick Schulze, Founder of Best Buy. At the state University of North DakotaSt. Thomas, he studied Entrepreneurship with a minor in business of healthcare. He Erik also served as the Vice President captain of North Dakota DECA while leading his Football the Men's Track and Track & field teams as Field team, specializing in the hurdle events. Erik was on the 2019-2020 UIF Team after successfully implementing a new curriculum for the first year students, adding a resource to inform students of all the head captainsupport systems in place. While at StErik was able to attend the 2022 Silicon Valley Meet up after a few years of COVID delays. Thomas Currently, Erik became works as a development associate for Scannell Properties in the Minneapolis office. Erik works on large scale industrial developments across the Grand Champion of US, with a focus in the Earth Day Innovate-AthonSoutheastern region.
