Enjoyed reading this! I have had a similar idea to start a student consulting organization but instead of helping underprivileged start ups, the main focus would be to give student unique experience while enabling them to invest in their communities. I really like the idea of encorporating underprivileged start ups. Students scramble to find experiences to add to their resumes and I think that a student consulting organization would be an extremely useful and fun asset that would provide them with the means to do just that.

I want to address the problem of fund raising. Organizations can arrange various motivational sessions regarding entrepreneurship and skill based training which can boast their skills so that they can deliver the organization to their full potential which in turn will enhance the organization's performance. Improving performances will gain the trust of investors and can also attract new sponsors.
