This was a good overview of the steps to host a successful event. This can be used as a template for putting together the stakeholders meeting that UIF candidates are asked to do. The stakeholders meeting is on a smaller scale, but can use some of this advice.
Hosting a Startup Weekend could be a great idea to motivate new entrants to explore the full range of careers.
I appreciate the step-by-step for a successful event presented here. A large-scale event like this is sure to generate lots of good ideas and lead to more down the road!
