I think this how-to guided has given me a better idea of how to approach faculty and students into a design thinking workshop. Though today the situation, covid-19, has some impact, I believe me and my team will come up with cool ideas! I consider food is a key point to bring people to the workshop and teamwork to balance the work/stress level.

From how to engage entire departments, I realize that it is preferable to do brainstorming with small group but do them multiple times rather than one time to lot of participants.
