I thought it was interesting how the article mentioned that the student(s) should exaggerate the potential of the proposed idea/solution. I think this is a great point as you want to get over the initial hesitation and barriers that may stem from the proposition to stakeholders. Additionally, having the student leader/president be a sophomore or junior is a smart idea as they will then have a hand in transitioning leadership to the next leader, taking the burden off of the professional involved and making the change go smoother. I think this was a very interesting article to read and there were many great points that were made.
