Tayler is a first year MS student studying Consumer Behavior and Strategic Innovation at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She recently received her BS from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in Retailing & Consumer Behavior and Psychology with a certificate in Entrepreneurship. [[File:Tayler Nowak.jpg|thumb]]

Through her experience in multifaceted areas of research, retail, business development, communication design, and semester in Italy, [[File:Tayler discovered a passion for experience designNowak. Her specific interests integrate Human-Centered Design in branding, ethnographic research, interactive spaces, and technology-led sustainable fashion efforts. She is a graduate teaching assistant in the School of Human Ecology for courses that focus on experiential learning, leveraging a combination of design thinking and strategic planning to design, prototype, and test solutions to real problems faced by communities, businesses, people, and organizationsjpg|thumb|Tayler Nowak.  jpg]]

Through her experience in multifaceted areas of research, retail, business development, communication design, and semester in Italy, Tayler discovered a passion for experience design. Her specific interests integrate Human-Centered Design (HCD) in branding, ethnographic research, interactive spaces, and technology-led sustainable fashion efforts. She is currently working as a Project Assistant graduate teaching assistant in the School of Human Ecology for courses that focus on experiential learning, leveraging a research grant funded by the NCAA combination of design thinking and the Department of Defense strategic planning to determine the optimal approach design, prototype, and test solutions to improving rates of concussion reporting among collegiate athletes utilizing social marketing real problems faced by communities, businesses, people, and design thinking methods. She was also a 2016 YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund scholarorganizations.   She aspires to become a better researcher, strategist, and designer in order to use her position to improve curriculum in higher education inspiring others to see the value in creative problem-solving, become a valuable industry asset, and influence social change. You can find her writing, watching crime drama television, or planning her next travel destination in her spare time.
