Ephraim is a University Innovation Fellow and a part-time PhD student at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He grew up in the South of Germany and came to Sydney setting up helping with the Australian subsidiary setup of an international startupin Australian. Ephraim is a Partner at Mercer – a global advisory firm and works with organisations globally and in Australia in the area of people strategy, analytics and organisational design. He has worked with organisations across Europe (West and East), Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School (UK) as well as a degree in business and educational sciences (University of Heidelberg, Germany).
