Liz Petley is a University Innovation Fellow and an Industrial Engineering major at the University of Pittsburgh; she is set to graduate in April December of 2022. [[File:LizPetley.jpeg|thumb|200x300px]]She is involved in the University Honors College and is planning on pursuing the Innovation, Product Design, and Entrepreneurship Certificate through the Swanson School of Engineering. She also served as team leader for the Randall Family Big Idea Competition in 2019, and participated in the competition again in 2020. Liz graduated from Upper St Clair High School, located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, in 2018. While in high school, she played volleyball, served as captain of the girls' ultimate frisbee team, and volunteered every Friday at a local nursing home near . [[File:Liz Petley.jpg|thumb]]Outside of Pitt, Liz is involved in various activities. She loves to rock climb and attend yoga classes at Ascend Pittsburgh. She also enjoys playing volleyball and frisbee with her housefriends.So far she has spent her summers serving as a nanny and a camp leader for Extended Day Services in her hometown; she plans to finish her college career as an Industrial Engineer Co-Op for AllClad Metalcrafters in Canonsburg, PA.Liz is incredibly excited to begin her time as a University Innovation Fellow and can't wait to work with her team to improve education at Pitt and campaign for a university wide I&E Certificate.[[File:LizpetleyRC.jpg|alt=|thumb|279x279px]]

Outside of Pitt, Liz is involved in various activities. She loves to rock climb and attend yoga classes at Ascend Pittsburgh. She also loves to play basketball and frisbee with her friends. So far she has spent her summers serving as a nanny and a camp leader for Extended Day Services in her hometown.
