This smart class room education system makes students get more interest on the lectures and also increase the student participation in a classroom environment.~~~~Through this Smart Learning concept we want the learners themselves to facilitate a framework in the concepts that will be later bridged by the teachers. The learners activate and build background knowledge, process information, transform their learning into a product(a picture, a mind map or a presentation) that shows what they know, and reflect on their learning. Then the teacher would wrap it up with anything missing from the student's part.~~~~Structured talk and assessment as and for learning are carefully woven into the process to build a thoughtful context for learning and to advance the thinking of all learners. Smart Learning realizes the goals of inclusivity and differentiation.~~~~Also The use of Education technology can bring a huge change in education. Internet and e learning devices can make classroom environment extremely amazing. = <brspan style="font-size:large;">#Strategy 3-Industry Exposure = "I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand", said Confucius, a teacher and philosopher. To bridge the gap between the technical concepts taught in the classroom and their practical aspects, the students need to have a hands-on learning experience. For the very same reason, the Industry should be brought outside right outside the classroom. Also, it has been widely reported time and again that university graduates need to be better prepared for the workplace. So, what better way to do this then let students experience doing real work while they are still studying? The industry exposure enhances the undergraduate’s work life through added enthusiasm and commitment; provides a lifelong learning experience; is an opportunity to engage with the profession to which they aspire in a realistic work environment; appreciate and understand the practical application of their academic programme; work with professional mentors and to begin to build networks within their profession. So, even before the student graduates, he or she is trained to be job-ready, thus increasing the student’s employment prospects. We believe this could be done by introducing the following in curriculum -  i. Industrial Visits ii. In-Plant Trainings <brspan style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">iii. Projects<br/span> ~~Strategy 3~~iv. Industry Recommended Electives INDUSTRIAL VISIT: Arranged right from first year onwards to groom students to Industry expectations.Regular Industrial Visits relevant to the respective departments should be arranged. IN PLANT TRAINING: Arranged periodically for duration primarily set. Students across all the years and departments should be deputed for undertaking In-Plant Training at Industries near the college. PROJECTS: Industry identified problems should be dealt by students with guidance from mentors both in college and the industry. This way the students will get an opportunity to work for and understand the conditions in the industry even before they step into it after graduation. This way also helps the industry identify the students with the skill set they are looking for, thus simplifying the whole process of recruitment later. ELECTIVES BASED ON INDUSTRY ~~EXPOSURE~~INPUT: The college should introduce Elective Subjects based on the recommendation from the Industry. This way the teaching and learning practices become learner-centric enhancing the employability of students. = #Strategy 4-International Exposure =

Students need to excel themselves on global fronts; become more self-reliant and self-confident, gain valuable life skills and broaden their worldview. They should be able to represent themselves and their college with ease on an international platform.

Through international exposure students can build networks that can in turn raise their country’s profile and develop skills that contribute to jobs and growth.

To bridge the gap between the technical concepts taught in~~~~It is a ~~classroom and their practical aspects, the~~ well known fact that students ~~need to have hands onlearning experience. For the very same reasonthe Industry should be brought outside right outside the classroomand comfortable in multicultural settings have a higher chance to excel compared to their peers.~~

One way facilitate this would be setting up an International Affairs cell within the college as a platform to

1. Interact with the alumni who have pioneered in their careers.

2. Increase the student's participation on a global front.

Also</span>it has been widely reported time and again that university graduates need to be better prepared for the workplace. So, what better way to do this then let students experience doing real work while they are still studying?Interaction with alumni:

Direct interaction with students who have already marked themselves would help us understands the process better. Their experience would serve as inspirational success stories and will definitely motivate students towards setting their goals high.

Increasing student participation in global events:
