The culture of our institution is a shared system of values, beliefs and attitudes that shapes and enhances the behavior. The primary focus is not only to educate the students but also to inspire them to be innovative and hence could contribute for the development of the society. Along with various regular academic bodies institution also had Entrepreneurship Development Cell, who intends to develop entrepreneurship spirit among the student community. It also had an MOU with Global Business Incubator since 2010 to cultivate and promote innovation skills. The cell organizes different activities and events under Global Business Incubator (GBI). Many startup programs are being conducted under the entrepreneurship cell to inculcate Entrepreneurial Spirit among the Science & Technology students, were as in the last session three startups has come to reality. The mission is to promote entrepreneurship-led innovation, thereby creating "nation of entrepreneurs" driven by creativity, initiative, risk taking, discipline, and personal development.

We have Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) and two other programs working effectively towards the growth of our institution funds. These programs are meant to create awareness on the current issues and thereby attract the funding from the alumni, through which University will have their technology, equipment needed gets updated.  They also conduct events under National Skill Development Council (NSDC). In the vacations faculty move to rural areas to create awareness on Digital Literacy.

Institution has active students under National Service Scheme (NSS) Committee serving local communities in empowering, along with Government and non-Government bodies through various programs (Digital Literacy Program in association with APSSDC, Digital India in association with Vijayawada Municipal Corporation and Banking sectors.
