It is rich in resources that can be tapped and transformed to offer solutions to the current century challenges.UMES is in the forefront in sustainability, a key factor towards safe and healthy environment. Nicholas after training, is fully committed and prepared to partner with various University stakeholders to exploit the untapped resources. He also feels that the University needs to carry out proper program awareness campaign in order to attract prospective students who can carryout the innovation and entrepreneurship agenda to the highest level. As a construction management student and with a very rich background in construction, Nicholas through the skills acquired in design thinking and the Lean approach, hopes to develop a project that will address the issues of design,entrepreneurship and sustainability before he graduates from the university. |
