== QR Code ==

Gabriela Gonjon is the head of the QR Code project. One of CCNY’s largest issues on campus is the fact students do not have a regularly updated online calendar for school events. By implementing the QR code on event posters we will be able to link them to our Campus Group app. By linking physical posters with QR codes to our Campus Group app we will be able to show students that Campus Group is the default location to find events on campus. Leading students to one app by using QR codes on is one of our priorities in order to create an organized and regularly updated events calendar for students and faculty. We will teach club leaders and faculty leaders how to link their QR codes with Campus Group and Student Life. Student Life is currently aiding us in this priority by giving us full access to Campus Group and creating club leader meetings for us to implement our workshops.

== LinkedIn ==

Ahsanul Abeer is the head of the On Campus Project. He will get in contact with LinkedIn representative Khandker and Aisha who will help promote his event. He purpose of this project is to bring awareness to events occurring in CCNY through social media. Apps like LinkedIn are platforms that have the power to spread information to the masses at a much higher speed than a flyer would. By using LinkedIn’s #OnCampus logic, we will be getting students to become their own ambassadors for events and programs happening within the school.

== Roadmap ==

Frantzy Luzincourt is the head of the Resource Roadmap project. This project would consist of designing a large scale road map that outlines all the different resources at CCNY. This would be done by creating a form that would be circulated to the multiple departments with the school and that data would be utilized to design a physical poster that would serve as the resource database. The poster would be placed in high traffic areas of the college and students would be able to determine from the department and resources they need. CCNY has a plethora of resources available for the student community and this roadmap would present them in a fashion that is easily digestable to the student body and prevents any bureaucratic issues that may occur. To accomplish this initiative, I will first communicate with the Center for Professional Development Institute



== Scavenger Hunt ==

Skavi Ballinas is the head of the Scavenger Hunt project. For the Scavenger Hunt we want to collaborate with the resource faculty and with programs like the Zahn Center to introduce students to the opportunities within CCNY. Many students struggle because they are uninformed and unaware of the resources that are designed to build strong leaders and develop a promising future. Our goal is to make an interactive event where the students will have fun while educating themselves of such opportunities. The scavenger hunt will quiz the students of the locations where they will go to when faced with an idea, question, or a problem. We strive to have the largest number of resources to attend, varying in fields and interests. This is the final step to unite our ideas and measure the success of our previous priorities.

== 3rd Initiative- Inspiring the Student Body<br/> ==

Tactic 1:

Entrepreneurship is task that does not have a true formula or procedure that reaps positive returns.&nbsp; However, through local business mentorship students in the City College campus would be be able to interact and meet the local business owners thriving among their community.&nbsp; This mentorship process allows for well-established business to meet creative and eager-to-work students in a welcoming yet professional setting, The City College campus.

#Identify 5 to 10 local business owners willing to mentor several students
#Develop progress charts and projects connecting both mentor and mentee in the development.
#Pivot mentorship as needed to improve goals
#Students present to mentors their work, timeline and goals to identify areas to strengthen mentorship relationship
#Mentees demonstrate leadership accumen and in-return are assigned to potential new mentees or more rigorous projects.

Tactic 2: Branding yourself

While mentors and mentees develop a mentorship bond amongst each other, students simultaneously begin to develop a professional presence in two platforms, everyday and online.

Mentees are now beginning to understand the impact their mentors have on them and also begin to understand that they represent a new citizen.&nbsp; The trustworthy and humble citizen who caters to others in a respectful and impactful approach via business and philanthropy.

*Mentees consider dressing in appropriate professional outfits more often that previous to mentorship, hence their profile among themselves and their peers is respected

*Mentees begin to create and collaborate on articles catering to their industry or a fellow peer.&nbsp; This opportunity allows them to impact their local community but more importantly it taps into online communities where they can also further develop themselves.

== 4th Initiative- Bringing Students Together<br/> ==
