As the article said, this topic is really important to establish a confident relation between teammates to increase the effectiveness in your work area. The questions are creative and surely reveals how can a team will work eventually.

== Eminence of psychological safety on people ==

The psychological safety brings one's self out without any fears. According to me,this helps us in bringing a lot of cooperation while working in with the teams.This ensures that the team is well secured because everyone in the team will learn to respect and accept the decisions.If the receiving is learned contribution of everyone will be more.This makes the team to work in a collaborative way to achieve their goals in time.Practicing of psychological safety means learning the trust which builds up in sharing of knowledge.It increases the learning of innovation and also mistakes from peers.
