==Bio==
Hi, I am Manisha Basnet. I am originally from Nepal and currently studying at Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee. I am a Computer Science major and planning to minor in Mathematics as I find the plays of numbers very interesting. Growing up in Nepal, I invested most of my time in my academics and didn't explore my interests as much. It was after high school, I realized I had a great interest in arts and nature. I started sketching and painting and it felt very natural to me. Those grey shades of pencil sketches and vibrant paintings on paper bring me a lot of joy. Apart from painting and sketching, I like being in natural spaces. An hour by the side of the river or a lake or a hike to a mountain are the things that make me calm and help me focus better. My main focus right now is to do good in my academics while learning through experiences and exploration. I want to listen to the stories of people and understand them while in this process creating my own.
