Serhat Bilge, always enthusiastic about education, innovation, and culture change operations via data and sustainability. All the time thinks and observes analytically with based on engineering education alongside decision making with social consciously and competence. Self-motivated talent trying to be a methodical and versatile professional to propose. A cyclist, swimmer, sprinter and a yogi. Math lover.

Serhat was co-founder Dreamstalk and president of Dreamstalk Club Istanbul Technical University which is evolutionary. Get on the Dream Cloud, tell your dream in 1 minute, and start your evolution! DreamsTalk is a dream platform which enables young people to express themselves freely. Its main goals are to encourage people to dream, creating a positive perception of dreaming and allow young people to express themselves in their unique way. Students who attend Dreamstalk events which take place in the universities all around Turkey give a chance to their dreams at the moment they get on the Dream Cloud and tell their dreams. Because Dreamstalk and its business partners make at least one dream from each university come true.

He is currently Jr. Innovation Specialist at Eczacıbaşı Group [https://www.eczacibasi.com.tr/en/home] also a fellow in Fire-Up Changemakers Program, which aims to build a student community that will create change on campus, focusing on developing students’ entrepreneurship and social innovation skills, and introduced her to the University Innovation Fellows Program.
