Josh is a senior at the University of Minnesota studying mechanical engineering and product design. His passion as an undergraduate has been the study of makerspaces, places where communities create. He has advocated for spaces and systems that support project-based learning through his work as an officer in the Tesla Works student organization, his participation in the Stanford d.school's University Innovation Fellows program, and as president and co-founder of the annual 10,000 Makes Makeathon. As Josh prepares to graduate, he hopes his professional work will involve creatively solving problems and supporting the creative endeavors of his surrounding communities.
