Lauren is a rising junior at Purdue University studying Industrial Engineering with a minor in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Certificate in [[File:Lauren Rourkfellow passionate about transforming the Aerospace & Defense Industry.jpg|thumb]]Entrepreneurship, while also striving for a Masters in Business Administration in Technology Innovation and Business Analytics. 
On campusShe currently works as a System Engineer for Cenith Innovations, Lauren has been nominated to the first cohort of the Burton D Morgan Fellowship,  which recognizes high-performing students in entrepreneurship to select a national mentor, contribute startup with a mission to developing make the community of entrepreneurial leaders, and serve as a role model to inspire othersacquisition cycle more agile. Lauren She is also engaged in other entrepreneurial activities specifically on campusU-2 Modernization, such as Ms. Tech, an organization designed for women entrepreneurs with a passion for technology, and Enactus, an international non-profit that invests in students to create social change. Other organizational involvement includes the Purdue Business Academy and which entails incorporating MOSA (Modular Open System Architecture) into the Emerging Leaders Scholars Student Advisory BoardAir Vehicle. 
Previously, she worked at Northrop Grumman as a Process Engineer on a Classified Program, and as an Industrial Engineer on Autonomous Vehicles (RQ4B Globlawk/MQ4C Triton/NATO AGS).
