Grant Versfeld is a senior at Tufts University Innovation Fellow studying where he studies both Computer Science (CS) & Science, Technology and Pre-Law at Loyola University MarylandSociety (STS). Grant He is fascinated by the ethical implications of digital way technology impacts our lives and plans to become a policy technologist specializing in Internet working at the intersection of business and governments. Grant’s main interests include cybersecurity and technology policy. He hopes to one day help solve His interest in these issues was sparked during a yearlong, independent research project at the dilemmasend of high school, such as in which he explored how the practices of social media and other popular websites often infringe on students’ expectations of privacy, Artifical Intelligence safety, and ethical advertising, introduced by our increasingly connected societysecurity.<br />

Although he primarily studies Computer Science, Grant is avid reader and loves his humanities courses. He enjoys combining his love for technology trained with his love for english and history, and often looks to join projects that allow him to explore the people side of computing. At fellows at Loyola, Grant is a member University during his Freshman year of the Honors program, the Cybersecurity club, and is currently working college before transferring to found a trivia club. Grant can often be found reading, hanging out with friends, or playing raquetballTufts for his Sophomore year.
